- Resolution: If the error is verified and attributed to us, we will reprint and reship the item at no additional cost.
- Replacement Delivery: Customers should expect to receive their replacement within 15 days. In case of delays, they are encouraged to contact customer support.
- Refund Option: Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect orders upon request.
