    • Restriction: Changes or cancellations are not possible after the 6-hour window as the order will have been processed.

      Replacements, Refunds, & Returns Policy:

      • Issue Reporting: If a customer receives a damaged item or notices a printing error, they should contact us within 14 days of product receipt.
      • Required Information: Customers must provide a photo of the damaged item along with its packaging and their Order ID.
      • Review Period: Our team will assess claims within 24 business hours.
      • Resolution: If the error is verified and attributed to us, we will reprint and reship the item at no additional cost.
      • Replacement Delivery: Customers should expect to receive their replacement within 15 days. In case of delays, they are encouraged to contact customer support.
      • Refund Option: Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect orders upon request.
      • Return Conditions: Due to the custom nature of our items, returns are only accepted in cases of error on our part or product damage.
